1. About Desert Morocco Tours
Desert Morocco Tours provides private and customized travel experiences in Morocco, including Sahara Desert tours,
cultural tours, imperial city tours, excursions, transportation, accommodation arrangements, guided experiences,
and other travel-related services.
Specific services, inclusions, exclusions, accommodations, transportation, activities, and prices will be described
in the itinerary, quotation, or booking confirmation provided to you.
2. Website Use
You may use our website and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to researching or booking our travel services.
You agree not to:
- Use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

However, travel conditions in Morocco may change due to weather, road conditions, local events, government restrictions,
accommodation availability, transportation issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Photographs displayed on our website or social media are illustrative and may not represent the exact vehicle, room,
camp, guide, route, or experience provided on every tour.
All tours and travel services are subject to availability.
4. Quotations and Prices
Unless otherwise stated, quotations are based on the itinerary, number of travelers, accommodation category,
transportation, activities, and other services specified at the time the quotation is issued.
Prices may change before a booking is confirmed because of changes in availability, supplier rates, taxes,
government charges, fuel costs, currency fluctuations, or requested itinerary modifications.
Once a booking has been confirmed, any additional services or changes requested by the traveler may result in additional charges.
The final price and included services are those stated in your booking confirmation or agreed itinerary.
5. Bookings and Payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after Desert Morocco Tours has accepted the reservation and any required deposit
or payment has been received.
Payment schedules, deposit requirements, accepted payment methods, and outstanding balances may vary depending on the tour
and will be communicated before confirmation.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that payment information and booking details are accurate.
Any bank, card, currency-conversion, transfer, or payment-processing charges imposed by third parties may be the responsibility
of the traveler unless otherwise agreed.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions may depend on the specific tour, accommodation, activity, season, and third-party suppliers involved.
The applicable cancellation conditions should be provided to the traveler before or at the time of booking.
Certain payments may become non-refundable where Desert Morocco Tours has already made non-refundable payments to hotels,
desert camps, transportation providers, guides, activity providers, or other suppliers.

7. Changes Requested by Travelers
Requests to change dates, accommodation, routes, activities, pickup locations, traveler numbers, or other booking details
are subject to availability.
Changes may result in additional costs. We will inform you of material additional charges before implementing a requested
change whenever reasonably possible.
8. Changes to Itineraries
Morocco tours may involve long-distance road travel, desert environments, mountain routes, and locations where weather
and operating conditions can change unexpectedly.
Desert Morocco Tours may make reasonable changes to an itinerary when necessary for safety, operational reasons,
weather conditions, road closures, local restrictions, supplier issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to provide a suitable alternative of comparable nature or value.
9. Accommodation and Transportation
Accommodation standards and classifications may vary between locations and may differ from standards used in a traveler’s home country.
Transportation will be arranged according to the confirmed itinerary and group size. Vehicles may be changed when reasonably
necessary because of availability, maintenance, safety, operational requirements, or other circumstances.
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, stops, and local circumstances.
10. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate names and booking information.
- Holding valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.
- Checking applicable entry, immigration, customs, and health requirements before traveling.
- Arriving at agreed pickup and departure points on time.
- Following reasonable safety instructions provided by drivers, guides, accommodation providers, and activity operators.
- Informing us in advance of relevant dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or other requirements that may affect the services requested.
- Behaving respectfully toward guides, drivers, staff, local communities, other travelers, property, and the environment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where a traveler’s conduct creates a serious safety risk,
is unlawful, or materially disrupts the tour or other people.
11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance appropriate for their trip.
Depending on the policy, travel insurance may provide protection for circumstances such as trip cancellation,
medical emergencies, evacuation, lost or delayed luggage, travel delays, and other unexpected events.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to understand the coverage, exclusions, and limitations of their insurance policy.
12. Activities and Assumption of Risk
Travel may involve inherent risks, particularly activities in desert, mountain, rural, or outdoor environments.
Activities such as camel rides, hiking, desert excursions, off-road transportation, and similar experiences may involve
risks that cannot be completely eliminated.
Travelers are responsible for considering whether an activity is suitable for their personal circumstances and for following
safety instructions provided by guides or activity operators.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Service Providers
Some elements of a tour may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, riads, desert camps, restaurants,
guides, transportation providers, activity operators, and other suppliers.
Those providers may have their own terms, rules, cancellation policies, and operating procedures.
Desert Morocco Tours will use reasonable care when arranging third-party services but cannot guarantee that circumstances
outside our reasonable control will not affect their performance.
14. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control
Desert Morocco Tours will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services to the extent caused by events outside
our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions,
border closures, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions, road closures, security incidents,
or similar extraordinary events.
Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers and, where practicable, arrange suitable alternatives.
Additional costs resulting from circumstances outside our control may be payable by the traveler, subject to applicable law
and the terms of the relevant booking.
15. Personal Information
When you contact or book with Desert Morocco Tours, we may collect information necessary to respond to your inquiry,
arrange your trip, process your booking, communicate with you, and provide requested travel services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements and our Privacy Policy,
where applicable.
We may need to share relevant booking information with service providers where necessary to arrange your requested services.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, branding, logos, graphics, itineraries, photographs, videos, and other original content
published by Desert Morocco Tours are owned by or licensed to Desert Morocco Tours and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or republish protected content without prior authorization
from the relevant rights holder.
17. Reviews, Photos and User Content
If you voluntarily send us photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other content, you remain responsible for ensuring that
you have the right to provide that material.
We will not use a traveler’s identifiable photograph or testimonial for promotional purposes where consent is required
by applicable law without obtaining the appropriate permission.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. These websites are operated independently,
and Desert Morocco Tours does not control their content, security, privacy practices, availability, or terms.
Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Desert Morocco Tours will not be liable for indirect or consequential
losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any limitations or exclusions of liability contained in these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If you experience a problem during your tour, please inform your driver, guide, representative, or Desert Morocco Tours
as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to address the issue.

These Terms of Use are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Desert Morocco Tours may update these Terms of Use periodically to reflect changes to our services,
